You know something, Debbi, you're right as usual. $250 for the purpose of playing 1 game is SO worth it... My $$ is on the table for a PC version to be released within the year (if it's not out there already - I don't follow too many video game trends).

I haven't been remotely impressed with very many of the X-Box games but if you can get me one cheap...
 
Seriously, if I get an X-Box I get a console that plays X-Box games, CDs and, with an add-on, DVDs.  With a PS2, for the same price, I get a console that is backward-compatible with its predecessor so it plays original Playstation games, plays PS2 Games, CDs, and DVDs without any add-ons.

no, you can be a member and not pay anything. you can just get better things when you have a "higher" membership, which you would have to pay more for.
